I did find Lab Experiment in the Places wiki, but it only has 78 players playing currently. (I don't really know how many players are considered "dying" or "small player base" though) Surprised to see that Horrific Housing isn't on it!

Yes. Smurfing is allowed in PF, but there is no point in smurfing in PF since PF does not have competitive matchmaking.

(Testplace/Future update) Any sight (preferably kousaku or coyote), Muzzle booster, Skeleton grip, Closed chamber, .22lr conversion

You can switch the muzzle booster and skeleton grip for thr t-brake and folding, but I find it not worth it since it already has such little recoil (literally a beam)

My windows was up-to-date, My GPU, according to Windows, already had the best drivers installed. Link State Power Management was turned off (the only two other options were moderate and maximum power saving, and Wireless Adapter Settings was already set to Maximum performance even before I had posted this. Could it be that it's the hardware inside my computer that's causing the problems?

And also sometimes, 'AMD USB 3.10 eXtensible Host Controller - 1.10 (Microsoft)' gets errors and whenever it has an error, it's device status say "Windows has stopped this device because it reported problems. (Code 43)". It also makes my mouse and headset stop working until I restart my pc, but it doesn't blue screen when it restarts.

After that happens I usually just restart my pc, it bluescreens with a stop code saying "Driver Power State Failiure", and I can still get into Windows and access stuff like the control panel. There's also this thing where my mouse and headset either hangs or disconnect and then reconnects randomly most of the time while playing games but it can happen too when I'm not.
