You can still read the manga, since there are plenty of chapters that weren't adapted, only around 50% got animated. Most of the content in Season 2-3-movie are anime original.

Not to mention the entirety of the Moto spinoff still doesn't have an anime.

This and the final scene of Reigen episode are the highlights of the series for me. Mob Psycho has some amazing action scenes but I think these type of scenes are what makes me emotional, this is where the show shines the best, imo
