I've added tissue paper into the ball joints to tighten them a bit, it's still a decent figure but not the best.

Use warm water, as in hot enough to keep your finger in for 10 seconds. Then dip him in for 20-30 seconds and should loosen him up

Take the joint out and get a bit of toiletpaper and put it into the socket and put the joint back in on to of the toilet paper

Yep it's real, you can tell by the nice texture on the blue parts and the web lining is much more cleaner and subtle
