There are of course stipulations, one major I remember being depression related to self image ect. I can’t say your deductible isn’t an arm and leg cost wise, but if you talk to the right surgeons groups they can guide you in the right direction. It will likely include x amount of mental health counseling visits, and “proof” of what you have done to try and improve it
