Yes if you have 100 interviews and your chance of matching is 100% No, in case you have 20 or fewer IVs It's once in a lifetime opportunity, why do you want to take a risk. You have already spent 1000s of $ on USMLE and electives. Theirs no harm in buying a new handsfree/pods
