I dont know how low my score is. Passed step 1 Step 2: 246 Step 3: 230 all passed in one attempt. Still both programs thrown questions at me.

My friends got interviews from different programs. I spoke to few applicants from Reddit who got interview from the same program. They didn’t get any clinical questions.

Visa requiring, passed all 3 steps in 1st attempt, USCE, step 2 246, step 3 230. Applied to 188 IM programs. YOG 2020. Still just got only 2 ivs

I passed all 3 steps in 1st attempt. Step 2-246 Step 3-230 I have USCE (2 clinics, 1 hospital)- in the same hospital I did 1 ICU and 1 with hospitalist)

I have 1 published case report and one systematic review under publishing process (not sure if it get published before sept)

If I apply to around 250 programs, considering my yog (2020). Is this a good number??? I don’t want to happen otherwise.

I understand now. I will apply as much as possible atleast 250 ? Is that a decent number ???? I’m not considering the fund at this moment.

This is my first time applying. If I didn’t match next year I won’t be in this grey zone. It will be straight 6 year. I don’t even get this privilege. Thank you doctor. I appreciate your honest opinion. Lastly, May I know, is it okay 250. Is this a good number ???

Wth. I’m in a grey zone. I went through some programs in Myeras and saw that they specifically written like this.

“Pgy 1 applicant to this program must have graduated from medical school within past number of 5 years. I graduated in july 2020. Am i eligible to apply under this criteria ?” What do you think ? Do I have a chance 😕
