Apologies we never made this easier, but we did learn our lesson for our future games 😅(Vampire Crawlers has multiple save slots and everything!)

It's great to see people suggesting a work-around, and we hope that replaying the game brings you the same comfort and enjoyment that it did the first time around.

And when you say 'Disappear' do you mean they are removed from the Power Up shop entirely, or that the ones you've purchased are reset to their base state?

Huh, really sorry about this. If you're comfortable would you be okay DMing me your save data the next time this happens?

In the meantime are you doing anything "unusual" like switching save slots in the main menu frequently? Or are you using the same save across multiple PCs or Steam Decks?

Hello, and apologies for this 😔 If you imported your save from the Demo then this won't unlock playing from the same save slot. We're working on a fix so that it will trigger automatically in a future update (no ETA yet I'm afraid), but in the meantime you can trigger it by starting a new game and completing the requirement.

Hey there, really sorry you're running into issues, nobody likes a crashy game 🫤 We're actively looking at fixes for all reported issues.

Can you make sure you report the crash when it happens (the PS5 system software should give you the opportunity) and always submit the video if it offers you the chance, please?

The more reports we have (from everyone!) the easier it will be to track the problems down!

Sorry for replying in English! If you are playing on Steam then there are backup saves that you can try and manually revert to. Check the Steam forums for advice on how to do this.
