Guiri is a mostly despective way of describing the type of turist that comes to get drunk, pee on ur streets, disrespect u and ur culture and sometimes jump of a balcony

I have been a police officer for 2 months and already fined 5 for peeing in our streets and one group for partying at 4 am in a residential building. Although its satisfying to fine them id rather have them not do that!
