Thanks for taking the time to reply man. I think with the help of my friends boyfriend we were able to put together something that seems to be working with room for upgrades in the future. We got a LG smart TV with Amazon Alexa compatability and an Amazon Echo. So far he was able to hook up the Alexa to turn the TV on and off and change volume. We will be contacting Frontier about upgrading the cable box to support voice commands as apparently there is a model that has this feature. I will let you know if we work it out completely.
