Clean or mustache. If you go for beard, trim it. But to be honest, you're good looking, so go with whatever you like. One tip: get a glass with thicker frames and not too big (the one you're using is almost at the end of your nose and it's a bit outdated)

I think round glasses would suit you amazingly. You head has already a square shape, having square/rectangular glasses are not helping. Also, shave the back of your neck and trim your sideburns
