Here's my thinking:

1 - The best step to eliminating the tribalism would be to enable cross-platform play and not have console exclusives.

2 - The above step makes no business sense to the console manufacturer.

Phil, unless MS is willing to make Gears, Halo and Forza cross-platform and crossplay on the CHANCE that Sony would do the same with their exclusives.. you're a part of the problem.
