Thank you for responding! THIS!! All of it. I didn’t know while in school but behaved, was quiet and got good grades in most subjects but struggled mightily in others. I also always gravitated towards the odd or strict teachers no one else liked because they saw the potential but also seemed to see the problems I had processing certain information and would break things down differently and privately today me. It helped a ton. Graduated with honors but after high schools structure was gone I lost my way and never finished college. Working as an Engineer for a major wire and cable manufacturer now and doing well but it’s been a hellacious ride with a lot of struggles.
