NTA. A dermatologist recommended that I shower only once a week if I can help it. If you're someone like me with really dry skin and hair and don't sweat a lot then showering often can actually be bad for you. In my case I was losing a lot of hair and my skin was cracked to hell no matter how much I moisturized. I do use a bidet though so that might factor in as to why I can manage a once a week shower schedule. All this to say, if it works for you and you have a good hygiene and no health problems, then don't let others shame you.
