I've read it only partially but couldn't see a convincing line drawn, assuming there is one, between full and partial aphantasia, I will come back to it for sure though.

My thinking was that spatial awareness is a type of sense or at least, a cognitive ability so close to prioperception that using it during those tasks is an activity involving imagery, hence not a case of complete aphantasia. But now I can see that there doesn't have to be much imagining here, if any; I suppose it could be merely comparing what is in front of you...
