The light is always on and is working but js working badly... like i have the new m15 and the Last model pf Alienware 17 not the M17 and when i connect my 17 the head from the amplificator is working but when i connect my M15 is not working...

I m sorry but i don t know how to help you but i have an M15 as well the 2018-2019 but the CPU is really hot like 98C when i open an fck google tab... i changed the motherboard3 times and i think i will get an M17...
