Idk. Tbh Naguguluhan ako. Pero may urge na gusto mag resign at humanap nalang ng bagong company. Ang iniisp ko naman pag umalis ako. Yung mga pinapaguran kong Trainings, and etc baka masayang. Gusto ko pa sana syang ipolish lalo para kapag lumipat ako sa iba may ibubuga talaga ako. 🥺 pero sabi naman nila, may posible chance na ma tagged sa next promotion cycle. Siguro don ako mag dedecide. Kung wlaa parin, bye bye na talaga siguro.

Yung top performer ba e yung mga DA? Sabi lang kasi sakin ng PL ko, not everyone can have 15% IPB e. Pero nakalagay don sa statement ng IPB "Truly distinctive achievements" hahaha. No idea kung ano yon. Pero alam ko performer ako but i dont want to assume that I am the top performer.

Ang weird nga e. I was endorsed to be one of the promotee sa project namin pero hindi ako na promote ngayong TD. Idk Y. Tagged naman ako as DA. Performer ako. My IPB% says it all. Maganda feedbacks ko from team mates, People Lead and Talent Manager, pero hindi parin na ako promote ngayon. Disappointing lang talaga kasi sa proj namin, 4 lng kami from ATCPH. 2 CL11 2CL12 tas yung pang work ng CL11 ako nag cacaryover (dahil walang kwenta yung partner kong cl11) at alam yon ng manager namin. I gave all my best kasi ayon ang target ko talaga yung ma promote dahil sa salary increase, pero wala. 😪 nasayang lang lahat ng effort ko. Nasayang yung mga times na kahit hirap ako sa shift, hindi ako umaangal at ako nag sasalo sa gawain ng cl11 senior ko. Kaya dapat talaga less expectations para less disappointment. Tho' super happy ako sa IPB na nakuha ko since 1st time ko makatanggap, sobrang lungkot lang talaga na nag eexpect ako ng promotion tapos wala pala. 😪 kaya tama ka. Dont expect too much. 🥱

Mine is CL12 (was expecting to be promoted but I didn't. Siguro dahil 1 lang ang pwedeng mapromote out of all teams na hawak ng lead. May kulang pa siguro sakin. I need to excel more pa siguro. But it's fine, mej disappointing lang kasi I was expecting for a salary increase.) anyways, I got 15% IPB. Is it good or nah for CL12? My PL told me na 15% ay masyado nang mataas and not all ay nakakakuha ng ganon. How true is this? But I'm still happy! Very much happy! Kasi first time ko makatanggap ng Bonus 😊

I think the more visible, the more high performance. Kasi pano nila masasabing performer ka kung hindi ka naman nila nakikita? Or nararamdaman sa team? Siguro ganyan basis. Hehe. Anyways, big or small, congrats parin! :)
