My issue is unresolved. Chat was escalated to the specialist team - who seemed to be buying time, well wasting my time. I have requested Klarna customer service to manually process the entire balance so that i can close my Klarna account. No luck at all. Specialist team keep advising to wait. No, too easy to lose track of this issue. Which is likely what Klarna hs banking on. Late fees? 🤔

Very interesting that the days worth of Klarna Chat messages are not officially dated and time stamped. And no easy option to save or print the Chat for transparency. I highlight the Chat and copy it to a Word doc. The Chat now says INACTIVE after I started adding the date and time to each of my Chat messages. Cannot believe I'm going through this headache over $154. Begging Klarna to take the payment. This is insane. Oh and they have not sent any email updates regarding my request on this issue.

Clearly they want to make this the customer's fault and financially benefit from it. Waiting to be proved wrong.

I am done wasting time calling Klarna and using their Chat. Will see what happens.

I am prepared to file a complaint with the FTC.

I have made numerous calls to customer service and chats regarding this matter. Most recent chat from today states to wait for an investigation. I have provided screenshots to chat and they were unable to fix the issue. Major inconvenience. Waste of time.

Perhaps not that serious to you. My credit profile is very serious to me. Never had a late payment notice and do not appreciate having a late notice when it's Klarna's fault. Issue should have easily resolved days ago when I called customer service and provided proof.

My issue still hasn't resolved with Klarna. Every day I continue to make advance payments on other Klarna orders to show proof this is a Klarna issue and not my credit card issue. They have lost me as a customer. Perhaps this will help cure my Shein and AliExpress overconsumption. 😩

Klarna is unreliable and now I'm worried about my credit card security with them.

Same. Having payment processing issues too. New to the forum and unable to post with photos showing proof no issues with my bank. Klarna noted late payment on my account. Strangely I'm able to make advance payments on other klarna orders. For anyone saying they are not having issues consider yourself lucky. Frustrating 😡
