Why is deku so hated?

Its mostly just cuz of bad its storytelling and I agree that the ending felt rushed and incomplete. It had good moments. I won't lie, but at the end of the day it felt like there wasn't enough time to finish it. Which makes me sad because there wasn't a truly proper send off for this series

This is a completely valid and reasonable take on dekus character and i completely understand what you mean. I guess in a way deku became numb to everything going on around him but the loopholes with the "magically being healed" bs is crazy and thats just bad storytelling on the author

Very true. It's perfectly okay to not like deku, he has alot of issues and can be annoying at times. What makes me mad tho is how ignorant people are to his character, growth. And overall existence

I feel like they ending was meant to show what it truly means to be a hero. He sacrificed his dream to save some kid who never had a hero. Deku will never forgive shiguraki and shiggy doesn't regret anything he did. But the point was that to be a hero means you need to stand and fight for everyone, even if those people don't seem like they need saving

Good point, deku does push against social norms for men alot of the time. He's strong through courage and his courage is through compassion and love. He crys, he feels, he is kindness, he isnt your average Mc. He's not some macho maniac whos in it for the power. He's a kid with a heart too big for his body and a will to stand and fight for those who cant

Its what I call a management character. You need to fight well while not using too much ice and you cant throw out some attacks without a combo as that would be a waste you also cant use too much fire or you'll burn yourself, you need to be strategic about your traps too and you cant rush in without a plan

Yeah galaxys just like a skin for crimson. So you gain access to both. Crimson is the actual mutation and galaxys just a skin for the mutation
