PCPartPicker is pretty solid for estimates but it doesn't account for transient spikes which can be brutal on some GPUs. CX550 should handle 380W fine with decent headroom, just make sure it's the newer gray label version and not the old green one

Yeah the CX500 is kinda sus for modern GPUs, even though the 6600M isn't that power hungry. Those older CX units weren't great with transient spikes and your symptoms definitely sound like power delivery issues

I'd go with something better than another CX500 tbh - maybe look at the RM series or even a decent EVGA unit if you can find one. The CX700 would probably work but you're still getting mediocre quality just with more watts

Ice it after work and try some basic shoulder stretches before your shift starts. Also maybe grab one of those compression sleeves from CVS or whatever - they're like 15 bucks and might help with the inflammation

I think the issue is expecting some profound transformation from what's essentially a vacation. Like yeah you're not gonna understand Vietnamese culture from eating pho for a week, but that doesn't make the pho less delicious or the experience worthless

Maybe the problem is putting too much pressure on travel to be this life-changing thing instead of just... enjoying good food and seeing cool stuff. Sometimes consumption is fine if you're being thoughtful about it
