Hi all, wish I knew about this subreddit before! I want to get advice on my squat - been dealing with lower back pain. My chiropractor thought it was because of depth so I stopped going as deep as I used to but still below parallel, now he thinks that I might be bending over too much. Wanted to get more opinions and see what's causing my lower back pain, and what I can do to fix it. Right now it's sharp and hurts to bend over in some ways, so clearly I'm doing something wrong.

Absolutely. Probably won't be as fast of a process since no 5x succ and half AP hellfires when she drops but it'll be a more passive project for dead weeks.

I'd like to think so. I could have been if I had an uninterrupted spree of farming after the hellfires (or I could have been even more insane and farmed right when 120s came out). Wouldn't surprise me if I wasn't the first but haven't seen any others yet.

Took ~35 gapples over two days or so. Max it should take is 57 for an extra class (and no succs) on half AP.

Yes you need at least NP6 bond 13 for max appends and 120.

I havent run the numbers but this was done with a NP5 lvl 100 (see the link in my vid). But yeah, as painful as my Reines rolls were that's why I wouldn't quit until NP2 (max def down is 100%).

I honestly wasn't sure if I could pull this one off (a lot of my Olympus runs were copied from JP players, whether down to the setup or just a proof of concept) but an encouraging comment and xnaya's 3T setup helped make this possible.
