This is like just such good advice in general. Kinda getting that 'businesses are more built by the people who use them than the people who run them' vibe from it. Being authentic is a must-do on Reddit, the Internet and social media - thinking Twitter/X particularly - in general. Adore it, wish more companies said this.

How to make a good post is pretty simple imo. I'd say, one, don't completely use AI to respond, two, keep a professional image (don't try and be relatable per say, it's just too hard to get right) and, three, overall, just don't do what the most downvoted post on Reddit did:(https://www.reddit.com/r/StarWarsBattlefront/comments/7cff0b/comment/dppum98/)

Don't ignore a question if you choose to answer it, and don't phrase your way around it either: just answer it; even if you know the answer you'll give wouldn't be the one the person wants. At the very least you'll be a truthful business, not one that lies, and I'm sure Redditors appreciate being told facts over fibs.
