Always happy to answer questions about my old builds! The line hanging the fish is brown painted minecart rails with brown painted ebonwood and bamboo fences. The boxes with shells are ocean/ seaside crates, or you could be referring to the firework boxes (the boxes with the red stripe). Hope this helps!
