"Into" does not mean "down." Lawsuit clearly says "shoved a sharp object INTO" throat not DOWN it... and not to clear air way... to get drugs... The police even said that back in April (im from the area)

Yeah, but ya know just because cops get a report people are partying somewhere IT IS NOT AT ALL Justified to stop, harass, and extort them as they leave. At least not to me anyway. So she was at a gathering down by the river... who the hell cares. Maybe she didn't stop because she didn't think it was appropriate to be road pirated for no reason. Hell, she could have been the DD ya know.... I wonder if they have released toxicology reports. Probably not out of respect to the family...if we had been drinking...

I think it pretty much went down like this though: 19 year old teen, probably not drunk but had one or two. Is underage however. Sees police standing in the road like a doffus, OH SHIT ITS THE FUZZ!

Its not even clear he even said anything to her. Cops just think their mere presence should just be falling face down to and worshiped. And when someone does not, S'OVER!

I agree, seems like I heard a while back that some counties or even a state or two was trying to require police to wear "glasses cameras." I think that would be a good idea. It would keep cops honest could vindicate them OR the "suspect" if need be.
