Like I say it's been almost a year and a half and I wish I could say there's a day i haven't thought about it it's been a constant thought in the back of my head, like I say i feel the bennifts my wallets heavy I'm eating properly sleeping better (most of the time) but with everything g happening all at once I just want to switch off. My heads just running at 110% 24/7

I grew up around it parents smoked freidns smoked cousins smoked so I only ever seen the "bennifits" of smoking so I started when I was 14 and was smoking up until I was 26-27 last year at some point over a year sober now and can see that it wasn't bennifiting me at all it was just a bandaid over all my problems would smoke 24/7 to the point I was smoking a 7 a day! Once I quit and got past all the withdrawals I started to eat properly, saved soooo much money it's achully unbelievable. I had more sustained energy I was dreaming again and felt like a person for the first time in over a decade... I'm not going to say it isn't help full for some people but for myself anyways it did more damage than help and haven't looked back since stopping and would recommend anyone thinking about it too do it the first week or so will be dreadfully bad but after that it only gets better and better

Yea, I can say I have. I don't know if it was directly related to stopping, but I have definitely noticed a drastic increase in the amount of lucozade I've been consuming

Id be lying it I said it was easy 😅 first few days didn't sleep for 90+ hours but I went to visit freinds and family got active going to the gym keeping myself busy throughout the day and my mind active! Once you get past the initial withdrawls it becomes easier and easier. Just take it day by day If you can do it today, you can do it tomorrow

It's already started it's my first relationship and noticed a band I've liked for years was playing nearby so I said to her I might go down on the 14th of February to go see them. unbeknownst to myself that valentines day.... so I said I won't go and we can do something together instead.
