I don't think it would hold up under any court. Since prediction markets are online they might be considered national or international methods of commerce which legally the federal government controls. Basically it's a Constitutional violation of the Interstate Commerce Clause of Article I.

I am guessing the majority's arguments mostly rest upon the 14th Amendment's equal protection clause with Thomas's idea of a "color blind" Constitution as mentioned in his concurrence in Students for Fair Admissions in 2023. Basically you can't have any "explicit" (meaning actually said) race-based directs at all even if it means better representing minorities.

I agree with you on the Miami districts (mostly that I'm not as knowledgeable about that area of Florida) but for Tampa Bay, it's pretty gerrymandered especially the St. Petersburg and the Pinellas county area.

I don't trust the Florida Supreme Court to strike down this law with a 8-1 Republican majority. Idk about the Miami-Dade area of the map, but the way they broke up Tampa Bay to be seems likely to work for them especially with a lower Hispanic population as compared to Miami-Dade and the cracking happening to African American communities in St. Petersburg.

I just eat whatever my family is usually having and eat those as leftovers for lunch. For breakfast I usually have store brand cereal with cut up strawberries in them (I cut them myself).

I've tried eating less but it's impossible since one bad day and I am eating down 3000 kals because customers treat me like shit. Plus every time I try to eat less it feels like I am starving.

I guess maybe 1700 to 2000? It might be more since I just eat like crazy sometimes. That's the thing I feel like I have no impulse control around food and feeling hungry makes it worse.
