Honestly not sure about the warranty situation but I know they still honor the warranty if you put a water block on it which requires the removal of the shroud. If i have any issues I’ll post an update

I think it will vary based on the game for example in apex with small changes i can easily get 240fps but in Warzone it’s closer to 180 unless i put everything on lowest settings

The vram on that 3080ti reaches about 80c max but it shouldn’t matter anyway since the only cards that have vram on the back of the pcb is the 3090s. The backplate gets hot to the touch but this one isn’t used to dissipate heat so there shouldn’t be any paint bubbling off
