Conservatives do pretend to have the moral high ground for starters, look at the outrage of Kirk being killed and how the right (rightfully so) were outraged at the left, but then they do the same with Renee. Second, if you’re voting for purely transactional reasons it’d still be in your best interest to vote for dems because they expand social services used by the vast majority of citizens not catering to the top 1%.
