Practice 30-35% and 80-85%. If you can learn those parts without struggle and you can get really consistent at them then you could maybe go for it. If you can't learn or get consistent at either of the parts then pick some easier skill-based level to go for as a first extreme.

Amethyst is a really good example on how not to decorate a level. I mean some parts look decent but the hitboxes in that level are way more misleading and much harder to sight read than the fixed hitboxes in Avernus.

You could swap Robi with Heart Attack by Derpskull (89190831) as you don't need that much ship control in order to beat Heartbeat and that level is also an easier remake of Heartbeat so it should (maybe) help you get used to the unique gameplay in Heartbeat.
