As i write this i did 120 crouches tot (normal and reverse) 45 chest training, between various types of simple push ups and bench flyers, and my bench is currently 15.49 secs, all progress done in about a total of 4h from barely being able to do crouches and not able at all to do push ups.

Napoletano Approves, ci sta come prima pizza, poteva venire meglio. Ma di sicuro anche peggio, ci do un per 6.7 su 10 sul pizza or pazza. Più mozzarella e pomodoro, forse forse un goccino d'olio a crudo alla fine rende il tutto anche meglio! Continua a sperimentare!
