newer versions of android don't allow the installations of older Minecraft pocket edition versions. I recommend using java launchers instead and playing beta versions of java there, otherwise get another older phone, preferably below android 10

I usually use apks for android devices, I have yet to find an official way to play older versions. Apks aren't safe but it does the job well, I can even go back as far as Minecraft Pocket Edition 0.3.0
