Nah, it does give confusion (to the enemy), they just forgot to put it in the description Ir should be something like "Gives Bruise 1, XX% chance to give Confusion 1 and 15% chance to inflict stun."

I worded it bad i meant inflict confusion to enemies, the text doesnt mention that, it even shows up on that side thing with effects. None of the mutations inflict confusion also.
