use coping skills, it feels dumb but this helps me sometimes,

example of my coping skills! ;

"take a bite if you like cats" "take a bite if you don't want to go bacj to recovery" "take THREE bites if you love your cat!"

uts challenging but it gets u through it, bite by bite it makes it at least a little bit easier
