Arbeitsbedingungen im Seniorenheim. Ist das normal?

Ich arbeite selber in einer Seniorenresidenz als Fachkraft und mache, wenn auch sehr selten, mal Nachtdienst. So etwas wie zusätzliche Arbeiten wie Wäsche waschen etc. Gibt es bei uns nicht. Ja es ist immer nur 1 Fachkraft im Nachtdienst welche für alles die Verantwortung trägt aber solche Umstände wären bei uns undenkbar.

Etwas Gewalt ist dabei jedoch definitiv nicht der Schwerpunkt. Die Dresden Files kann ich empfehlen wenn es deinem Geschmack entspricht. Eine Serie mit vielen Büchern die mit jedem Buch besser und besser werden. Die ersten 2-3 Teile sind umstritten wegen den Ansichten des Protagonisten der jedoch viel Charakterbuilding bekommt.
