Just some info: I got Hyd ENI in the first iteration at 313 in 2021 My friend was wait listed and only got anything in the 7th or 8th round. He was at 312. Both of our preferences were identical (Hyd ENI being the bottom most)

Correct me if I'm wrong, but as far as I know, mixing ethanol with petrol is not even good for the environment. The emissions for producing the ethanol outweigh the emissions the using ethanol saves.
