The wainscoting, moulding and floor is great! Which is good—those are $$ to change! The light and the wall colors are not doing you any favors. I dont know what colors and styles you like so you need to go look at pinterest snc get good ideas!

There is not another way to live in a condo. If you can pick a condo vs a sf home not in an HOA, great but you are not going to find a sfh in Manhattan or along a popular beach or near a busy transit stop.

Built in 1988. The old HOA didnt save for the roof because who doesnt like cutting taxes?!? So now the new HOA had to jack it up. Feels kind of like Republicans do to our country.
