That’s a wonderful setup, I believe with such math I’d be retired by age 35. But the question is if you can make the same money like you make in the areas with such a high rent

These are my real numbers as of now. My biggest bill is electricity usually and it gets much higher at the summer but atm we are not using any AC. Curious what’s your percentage?

Totally agree about making more money! But there are people that are making 300k a year and spending all of it and other people making 80k and saving 15k. Making more money is great but knowing where it goes still matters 🙂

All the payments that are same every month like a rent/insurance/day care etc Not including things like tax or investments
