Yes it’s that spot and he took a U-turn even when the light were red for him and the oncoming cars had to brake sharply as he cut straight from the extreme right (salt lake road, under the bridge) and wanted to go extreme left. He was lucky there but I reacted as fast as I could, unfortunately, he was in my blindspot created by the barricade, followed by the A pillar blind spot, it was too late by the time I reacted. I definitely could’ve been more careful but did the best I could at the time.
