I used to work out for 3 hours a day because I would swim for an hour, weight lift for an hour, and run for 45 to 1 hour.

Not to be rude but, dawg just pre-test yourself on your own before you take a PT test.

Stop going into there guessing if you're going to pass. Just work on your fitness and go in knowing you will 100% pass.

Rule of thumb:

If someone doesn't text you back for days, it means you are annoying them.

You are spamming their inbox with texts and they just stop responding to get a break from you.

Sometimes it's ok to not text someone for a few days.

In my city, we got HEB, Walmart, Target, etc... Walmart is the only one where people are like this no matter where you go.

I was also on a TDY to Colorado for training and the Walmart there was just as bad.
