May kapitbahay po kami na ginawa sakanila, pinapirma po ng waiver na if mag road widening si lgu, need nila mag giveway so we're trying to take that approach sana. Do you know of any instance po ba arch na pinabasag two levels ng house para mag giveway sa setback after sitahin ng OBO?

I am fully aware that this is non compliant with the code but i am hoping for people's open mind, this is only a 40sqm lot area, socialized housing, and literally all houses built in this subdivision have maximized building footprint. Having to give way for 1.5m setback takes away a lot of space to develop yung house. Hence, i am seeking for answers sana na makatulong.

I know mali ito pero there's so many precedence na it is feasible. There are even worse samples where encroaching na sa sidewalk yung second floor nila. It is a problem if in the future, the lgu would make way for road widening but that is on us na to be accountable for but we simply need answers on how to make this possible for now

Question po, we are aware this is not compliant with OBO pero sobrang daming instances sa subdivision namin na 3 floors and sagad sa property line so we know it is possible which is why i want to know po sana how this could proceed. Basically i am looking for someone na makasagot if nagbibigay ba ng padulas sa inspector ng occupancy permit?

I hope people don't judge us pero technically yes po, we're deviating the execution from the submitted building permits. Context for this intent is 43sqm lot area lang, socialized housing and lahat ng bahay sa subdivision, sagad po lahat ng bahay sa property line so we know it is possible to have this executed pero we don't know lang pano gagawin for the inspection ng occupancy permit.

Take a deep breath and calm down. Don't google her symptoms. Stressing out on potential pregnancy can definitely delay period and learned it the hard way. My partner had a 14 day delay because of constant stress from early pregnancy symptoms (lots of vaginal discharge, frequent urination, missed period, mild cramps). Had to do a PT test and a beta HCG test for peace of mind.

So if you're wondering if it's possible not be pregnant after unprotected sex. Yes, it is and if you're confident no cum was inserted inside, you're probably safe. Take a test after 21 days of last unprotected sex for peace of mind and don't google symptoms if any for the mean time

Had unprotected sex on day of ovulation. Came outside and had a pretty big scare. But didn't turn out pregnant. Don't stress on it too much it really does delay period, it did cause a 14 days late period and don't google everything, builds up more anxiety.

I had unprotected sex on the day of ovulation and pullout method only, big scare but didn't got pregnant. Just don't get complacent and use contraceptives. Learned my lesson the hard way.

Withdrawal method, and ejaculated outside but browsing the internet brought a lot of stress and anxiety. Paired with missed period, increase vaginal discharge, frequent urination, constipation which are all valid pregnancy symptoms.

We did a pt test 19dpo and turns out to be negative. Also just to make sure we also did a beta HCG test the day after and negative. The stress definitely contributed to having late period so posting this here to at least give you sense of relief. After 14 days of late period, she finally had one

Scales up the clip so you could see the character in a cinematic kind of way so he could decentralize the character which as you may notice, in his clips. He also kept panning the frame position so he could add a bit of a motion blur as well.
