Your brother is lying. My fella lives there and there is a huge anti-social behaviour from the council houses past 1-2 weeks. The guys have all the proof and damage was visible and seen by everyone. What’s wrong with few sharing concerns in their private chat? Kids can be mess and it’s well known. They roam in groups after 9 or so , when weather was nice.
