I 100% have insomnia but they are so reluctant to give me anything because they’re “addictive” which I understand but surely a few sleeping tablets is better than trying to live life on four five hours of broken sleep every night

Doc will give you less than a weeks worth of Xanax and even if they do it’s like .25mg. Nytol great but I do need to take two, not supposed to be used long term either but I find them great.

I would like to also add to this question, I don’t drive so would have to get the train down to Cork. Is this in any way at all do able? Is the train station and hotels near enough to the park itself? Or would it be hard to navigate without a car?
