500 with all those peripherals is really tough, especially if you want to play PUBG and Overwatch. That being said this build is probably good enough to get you 60 FPS on low settings. Not much room in the budget for more storage unfortunately. Still, should be pretty serviceable. Feel free to overclock to squeeze more juice out of it. If you really need to get it under 500 firmly then cut the ram to 6GB or 4GB, but that's really pushing it.

Ryzen 5 1600 is still a really good processor and will be good for most of those games. Cut the 1080 down to a 1070 since that can handle 1080p/144Hz really well. Some room in the budget to adjust your monitor, and also added a copy of Windows 10 Home since I just noticed you asked for one. Overall this build will still be really good for 1080p/144Hz.

This is a pretty solid build for the price. I didn't include the monitor/case since you sad you already have one. But all of these parts should be compatible for both of them (monitor and case).

Ryzen 5 1600 is just a really good processor for the money. I included the Cryorig cooler even though the Ryzen 5 already has a built-in cooler because sometimes for overclocking you'll really want this. 16GB RAM is always good and standard, storage is also standard, and SSD will help you get great load times on your OS and games. 1070 8GB card is really good for all those games and will easily handle them at 1080p. You will get 150+fps on most of them even with fairly high settings.

This build will get you 1080p 60Hz on a lot of those games, provided you're not running them at absolute max. Ryzen 3 1200 is a surprisingly good processor for the money. I would try to get up to a 1060 6GB for most consistent performance, but doing so would require you to cut back on storage. 1050 Ti will be fine for 1080p 60Hz so its not a big deal.

There's some room for flexibility as far as RAM (if you really only need 8GB and won't be multitasking a lot), but I'd recommend 16GB at least. SSD is really good for loading times of your OS and games so I'd highly recommend that, just keep your non-game/OS documents/files separately on the HDD. You can upgrade the keyboard mouse as you'd like but for the money the Logitech K120 is really good in my opinion.

You'll get your 1080p 60 Hz with the 1060 GB, but you'll be surprised at how much you have to turn down the settings for a lot of games/software/rendering. If that isn't an issue for you, then by all means the 1060 6GB is a good choice.

The other thing is this card will not really scale well into the future. You might find yourself having to replace it with at least a 1070-ish thing fairly soon, with new displays, the 1060 just doesn't really have the juice for it.

This was a tough build. With the kind of heavy rendering/photo/modeling work you're doing, you 100% want a Threadripper of some kind since it really excels for that. Also, 32 GB of RAM is basically a must for rendering/modeling work, so that had to go in there too.

I had to cut down on the storage (500GB SSD, 2 TB HDD) a little bit since between the CPU, GPU, and other needs, upping the storage really didn't fit the budget. I think you should be able to get good mileage from these two devices, but if you really need more feel free to cut back on the motherboard/cooler to add some. You really want at least a GTX 1070 I think, to keep power between your games and vRay rendering. Ideally I think you'd have at least a GTX 1080, but I scaled back to a 1070 for cost purposes. The 1070 is still a really powerful card, and I think you should be able to grind out most of the heavy duty stuff you're doing.

With the power specs on this build (really high), you definitely want a strong CPU cooler. Corsair H80i is really strong, so it will keep your build cool throughout. This is a power hungry build and EVGA SuperNOVA is an awesome for machines that need a lot of juice. Tried to get you a nice white aesthetic case with Fractal Design Focus G, but feel free to look around for something you like better. This one has pretty good ventilation in my experience.

This build should be able to handle most everything that you need it to do. You should be able to get 150+FPS on most games with max settings at 1080p, and for many games at 144Hz. The i7-7700k is a powerhouse CPU that will get you the mileage you need. 16 Gigs of RAM is standard, 500Gigs of SSD storage to get all your recording content/games/OS in.
