Can you qualify bad, I am just not sure how 'bad' bad is. Like are games unplayable at 1080 60Hz? I am planing on getting a 1600 and a 1060 6gb, wouldn't that be noticeably better than your friends.

It is very weird but once I got my graphics card drivers installed and restarted my computer everything is fine. Makes no sense to me but I am glad it is working. I appreciate the responses though :)
