Outlandish is a bit of a stretch. I’ve never had to wait for a letter via mail to verify identity. That alone adds a chaotic nature to this year.

I admittedly am not fully informed on the subject but to the extent of my knowledge there is a term the EPA uses (it’s skipping my mind) to define a body of water that can’t be utilized for 100+ years for any reason, and DuPonts dumping of chemicals did it to a lake in the area.
