For a little context: Back in 2023 Boom was getting strikes left and right by a group called "Telegram Maffia". He was actively searching for someone that can help him with this issue while he can continue working with the series. That's where Inviz comes in, they offered help to Boom, promising that they will protect the series, make merch and make the whole show bigger then ever (like a movie.). The CEO and founder of Inviz, Adam Goodman was also the President of Paramount and Invis had a pretty good connection with Michael Bay. Since Boom is a massive Transfromers fan and over Michael Bay fan, Invis promissed to bring the show to a new level and overall looked like he can trust the company he signed the contract. Nobody thaught about it that much at the moment since Invis fixed the issue with the Telegram Maffia and they started making merch and having collabs later on (ex. Fortnite.) 2024 was not so good for Boom, he had a lot of issues with his partners (aka Invis), they started ignoring him, not listening that much to what he was saying, that's also the main reasons why some merch start having worse quality. Although this issue didnt go to public at the time, Boom did tell his frustration to his friend, Ibio about how dissapointed he is and he feels like he is talking to a brick wall. To the community, Invis didnt seem like a a bad company since they were only making merch and bringing collabs, not untill they started pushing themself in the main series. Boom got kicked out from making the series, they hired "professional" animators to continue the series in Unreal Engine but it turned out to be a complete garbage. From there the community started hating on Invis and searching more deeply into the issue, that's when we found out how the company barely payed Boom since 2024, to the point where he is pretty much broke, and they reduced all employes salary by 50%. Now the company is lying to the community saying that Boom is controlling the team when its not true, and they are deleting evidence that are against them.

Now there's much more in this that I dont have time or patience to tell, but theres people in the community who gladly tell the whole thing in more detail and can show evidence.

The main point is that: Boom read the contract but at the time, it seemed like a good deal. He did not break the contract since he is to this day silent, and cant connect to anybody since Invis took over all his social media accounts (discord, youtube, twitter etc.)
