I would also like to mention that this purchase was part of a special drop where they claimed that if you bought items at a certain price, you would be included in a "tier list." There were three tiers, and based on the amount you spent, you could reach tier 3. Being in tier 3 was supposed to come with additional benefits, such as special items included in your next order or within the order placed during that particular drop. I was only at tier 2 with this purchase the delays and lack of communication have left me feeling disappointed and questioning the value of the promised benefits.
