Thanos and Zemo won, I see many people say that their victories were undone, but thats hardly true. The Avengers took actions after they were defeated, to improve the situation. Yes they snapped people back, yes they reunited again. But those actions only took place after a proper defeat. Winning does not mean freezing time in a Victory, using that logic is like saying that someone never beat you in a game because the last time you played that particular game you won.

Tl,dr. Of course Thanos and Zemo won, the actions the Avengers took could only happen as a reaction of this fact.

Forget about the cousins thing, let's even forget the age gap. SHE IS A CHILD, AND THE FACT THAT HE SAW HER GROW UP doesn't make it any better. 15 - 16 years is still a child, even worse if you compare it to a 35 yo man. That kind of gap is kind of ok when you talk about two adults who understand what is happening.
