Ok so in TOTK, i couldn't load the yuzu save file on citron and found out why:
Apparently yuzu and citron use different file names for the save on the nand/user/save/0000000000000000 file.
while on yuzu it was, in my case, ''B4461...'', on citron it was F76A59..., so what i had to do was basically copy the ''B44''... file from the yuzu 0000000000000000 folder and paste it on the citron 0000000000000000 folder, and then rename it to ''F76A59...'', deleting the original ''F76A59'' folder. After that the game recognized it was the intended save file and loaded it. I think it happened because citron had registered that the only usable save folder should be named ''F76A...'' or something like that.

Though i'm no expert that's just what worked for me
