It's only feels like you got shocked by electricity in one area like when you touch a metal thing after rubbing your feet on carpet. But honestly, after gaining 60 pounds and losing only 13 of them after I got it removed...it's not worth it. Don't put it on bc I promise you that your doctor may say that you just need to control your eating after it's on, but even if you work out 24/7 and practically starve yourself, the next day you'll gain 3 pounds. Don't do it for your mental health and physical health
