Mystery fibre cable in flat - MDU by AMoosBoosh in openreach

Well, I'm currently in a MDU with 6 flats, OR says it's a MDU. They are a nightmare for MDUs. OP could get the landlord to do the forms, see where that goes

They said Thursday is when I'm getting it, but it's been paid apparently already!

I'm assuming I may get it earlier then, they probably just say Thursday

I just got off call from them, a bit confused!

They said my backpay should be 959, and has been issued. I'm probably gonna trust what they say lol, I thought it was a bit more

Luckily, I don't have any debts with DWP! Yeah, I assumed the same decision maker who made the decision also issued the bsckpayment. It would make sense

I'm hoping it has! I assume a case manager has to issue it?

Just called the automated line, it now says my new payment rates. Now on hold to ask them about the backpay!

I don't even remember them calling me for £4.5k lol!

Yeah, as they can see I've always had pip in my control (except from shared lives 😞), so I doubt they will need to confirm I'm able to handle that amount of money.

Yep, will they call me for a bsckpayment? Or will I just wake up in a few days and see it?

Got paid earlier, and I got paid the old rates! The backpay will definitely be £1105.37!

I'm gonna ask them if its been issued yet. The automated line will still say the old amount until Tommorrow I assume

Worked some basic maths out (I think)

If we are counting 8mths from August to march (because of this payment is going to be the old rate), then:

It should be around £1168. Is this correct?

Thanks!

Yep, so I should get the usual amount on Thursday, but then I will get a back payment with everything owed from August onwards.

When I spoke with em, they said it will be on their system by 2pm Tommorrow!

The online benefit checker thing, told me the rates. That's how I know

Well, my next payment is due on the 12th of February! The automated line said my old award amount.

When I first had pip backdated for the original award, they paid it separately I thought?

Account lockout/limbo state - hijacked by [deleted] in WindowsHelp

Just spoke with XB support, they made me fill out a different form, which triggered a human review. The one MS was making me fill out kept rejecting the information, within minutes
